It’s so good. They’ve finely tuned so much of the game that I almost regret making voodoo dolls of all of the EA staff…almost. We’ll see how I feel in a month; that’s when the true quality of the game reveals itself.

Let’s list our firsts:

2) First result

4) First ‘WTF!?!’ moment

6) First reaction to the online redemption code

1) Marco Borriello picks Lazio defender’s pocket and passes the ball into the near post in the 89th
2) Roma 1- Lazio 0
3) Friggin’ Floccari
4) Ronaldinho kicks the ball off of Juan’s ass and into the back of the net
5) 7-2 in favor of my opponent
6) “They haven’t made enough money off of us!?!”

  kinda hate it on principle already. I have the ps3 version and so many bugs it’s not even funny. online it’s tried to load me the rosters for the team I’m playing, the mics still don’t work for club, tackling/getting trundled over online and off is a bit much. but yea it’s still FIFA so whatcha gonna do

  my big dilema was weather to get it for ps3 or xbox… i weant with ps3 and i have to agree with matt… the bugs are killing me, the controls dont feel natural or as responsive as previous iterations i played on the xbox… dont know if the xbox version is any better or not…

  4) Totti rainbow over last defender…….he didn’t see that coming!

  6) WTF, i dont have internet yet!!!!!

  Also, i dont like the referees in this game, they dont call anything and its a bit ridiculous…also i miss the fifa 10 pk system

  I didnt like the demo, on the other hand the PES demo sold me so I’m waiting for that.

  1) Peter Crouch, 118′ minute immediately after i subbed him on because i had a corner kick and was losing by a goal.
  2) Spurs 1(4)-1(2) City (5-2) on penalties
  3) Carlos Tevez, 111′ minute breakaway
  4) Javier Hernandez cross turns into perfectly placed chip of the keeper from the corner of the 18 yard box
  5) Tried it offline to humorous results
  6) It didn’t work at first and said my code was already used, but then it figured itself out i guess.

  why can’t PES and FIFA just combine to make a great game. EA’s gameface feature amuses me greatly as it created an accurate version of my face, which is cool. But I definitely like Master League over FIFA’s career mode more. I’ll be getting PES2011 for PC for play on the go.

  can someone exactly tell me what that online pass thing is for? is it pretty much a cd key to play online? I was able to play online using the 10 day “trial” but just wanted to make sure.

  After watching the match highlights, AWESOME FEATURE!!!, WTF moment was without a doubt totti slotting one shot just left of goal, then Adriano setting up the tap in and totti giving it right to the keeper…

  The online pass is there to make people pay another five bucks if they buy the game used in order to play online. Each game comes with a redemption code that can be used once. No, this is the first time it’s been in EA games; it’s been in Madden and FIFA for me thus far.

  Thanks for the idea ? I haven?t reviewed any filter bottles ever, which is why I don?t tend to recommend them, however, my pals who have used them like them. Most I?ve seen are plastic though which is another downer. I?ll have to look into your stainless

  why can’t football and basketball video games have old school players and teams as part of the game. ie. Jim Brown,’85 Bears, Majic, Barkley, Bird etc. If madden or the 2k series did this it would interest a whole new base of players.

  Eric, I remember the first FIFA I played (07, I think) having a team you could unlock called ‘Classic All-Stars’, I wish they would bring that back.
