Welcome everyone to “The Offsides Euro Cup 2008″ sponsored by EA Sports!

You heard that right. The winner of this contest shall be featured on our main page and the games page, and will also receive a gift package from EA Sports including T-shirts, stickers and other stuff!

Rules, deadlines and regulations will be posted after the tournament participants are decided.

BUT KEEP IN MIND: This tourney is based on the REAL one – meaning, you will be put into the same groups as the real life guys (for instance, if you pick France, prepare to face Italy, Romania and Holland)

In order to play in this tournament, you will need:

1 – The New UEFA Euro 2008 game by EA Sports
2 – An XBOX Live account
3 – Playing time. This tournament will probably be just a bit shorter than the actual real life tourney.
4 – Pick teams from the following list ONLY:

Switzerland
Austria
Greece
Netherlands
Croatia
Italy
Czech Republic
Sweden
Romania
Germany
Portugal
Spain
Poland
France
Turkey
Russia

Fill out the following questionnaire and paste your choices onto this very thread. First come, first serve for all teams. And do make sure to leave your email in the regular indicated area so I can add you to this tourneys mailing list.

  id pick romania if they were in a different group cuz id have to play agaisnt italy and france and netherlands and id pick swiss if i didnt have to play agaisnt c. ronaldo! lol so ill def stick with greece bc they have an easier group and won the last euro
