You Wanted It, You Got It!

By: Dave Martinez | April 16th, 2008

Its my pleasure to introduce you all to the brand spankin’ new Offsides Video Game Blog!

With the massive success of our FIFA 08 Offsides Cup, we have decided to put together a gamers site, that will mainly cover football games and the like, but we will also be highlighting games in other sports genres.

Here are a few things we will be putting together the next couple of weeks:

+ FIFA STREET 3 is the ultimate chill and hang with your pals game out – and we have the review coming up this week!
+ The Offside Cup continues as the Quarter finals are here!
+ We will begin to highlight the new EA Sports UEFA title, coming in May.
+ And we may have a couple of contests for ya!

Thanks to you, we are making this possible.

And I hope you like what you read.

    Hi Dave,
Fantastic news. Think there’s just three words missing though…
    “Pro Evo Tournament”!!

And FIFA Street sucks, its just a way for EA to make money out of their basketball engine. But then I’m sure you were going to mention that in your review!

Look forward to hearing more off this blog

Sheps- Fifa street 3 doesn’t quite suck.
There’s just not enough to it to be called a real game.
There’s quite a few players and teams, but it just gets old after a while, playing the same teams and using the same moves.

But yeah, this is a pretty sweet section.
I’ll be sure to check by often!

wow, 2 minutes on the job here . . .

PS3 Tourney should be coming sooner rather than later.

I have a Wii so I can do that too.

and Pro Evo is another one I am working on. We can do it – just give me a minute to wheel and deal!

    Hey Sheps

Rules are I have to organize to make it official – but it doesn’t mean you cant start rounding some folks up!

I was even thinking of doing a unique tournament – overseas league, US league, winners face each other (if we can work out time differences)

    Whatcha think?
